Lacing up the shoes
This crisp and cool fall morning
For a run today
It felt good to get in some miles this morning – love running this time of year.
Anybody else love to run in the fall with the leaves crunching under your feet? If not running, do you just love being outside in the nice weather?

I love to take very long walks in the woods in the fall. The crunch of the leaves, the smell and the sound they make when you really kick through a pile. I love the way they line our path as we walk.. an amber colored carpet glittered with some gold.
Sounds nice, makes me want to take a walk right now.
