Gluten free, that’s me
Yes, it’s the doctor’s orders
I have to do it
I have been hit with this restriction. I have to go Gluten free for a while, possibly the rest of my life. Anybody else out there have to deal with this? It is a pain in the butt. Feel free to share your thoughts on it, if you are effected by it.

Celiac disease is an autoimmune digestive disease that damages the villi of the small intestine and interferes with absorption of nutrients from food. What does this mean? Essentially the body is attacking itself every time a person with celiac consumes gluten.

I generally try to do gluten free. It was hard at first, especially not having bread. But it’s easy enough now and I definitely feel better for it. Good luck to you !
Thank you. Bread and Pizza, traditional versions, are going to be missed. I know I can get them Gluten free, but I’m not sure they will be the same.
I don’t but i am so sorry I hope this is not forever.
Maybe not forever, but for at least a couple of months until we see how things are. Not so bad though, it will force me to eat healthier and it will help my running, so some positives from a negative.
