Just a nasty day outside, ice on everything, cold, drizzly, miserable. There was no ice on the ground so I decided to just get out and run. I’m glad I did. One of the worst looking days this year and it turned out to be one of my better runs. Never can figure this running thing out. I honestly thought it was going to be one of my worst. Crazy.

Good for you! I wouldn’t be running if it was cold and miserable out!
I have limited time to run since I stay home with my son. When I have the chance I have to go. Run in a lot of bad weather because of it.
