Haiku – The “Night Coming On” Run

Breaking in new shoes

Tough stressful day behind me

Good walk/run cures all

Nice to get out this evening and clear the head.  Something about good tunes, comfortable shoes, sunset, exercise, and warm weather that really just makes it all better.  

How about you?  What do you do to let off some steam?

    Listen to music that matches my mood. Music and walks together are the best. Bike rides are good too.

    Music or reading helps relax my mind, if not, its a nice intense workout. Depending on energy level, yoga is a good alternative 🙂

      I tried yoga once, helped a lot, not sure why I didn’t stay with it.
