So, are you a strong coffee person or weak coffee person? I think the coffee I make could take the paint off the walls. It’s that strong but in the afternoon it has to be a bit weaker. Not sure why. Just can’t stomach strong coffee in the afternoon.

Strong coffee for me. Then again, I never turn down a weak cup of coffee because half of the enjoyment for me is wrapping my hands around the warm mug. Also, I switch to decaf after 2pm so I can get to sleep on time.:-)
Sleep. That is important. 4 is my cut off time in the afternoon so I don’t effect my sleep.
