Clouds parting quickly

Day filled with lots of sunshine

Greets me this morning

Tiny small raindrops

Covering the deck today

Blanketing the ground

Sun in a clear sky

Warming rays of healing light

Shining bright today

Nighttime’s black darkness

Devours the world outside

Day lies in slumber

Damp and dreary day

Thick dark grey clouds hanging low

Spilling out cold rain

Frosty cold morning

Bright rays of sunshine

Barely warm the day

Day starts with sunshine

Casting light into the room

Killing off the gloom

Brown leaves on the deck

Scattered and covered in rain

Heavy with moisture

Bird’s outside chirping

Sitting among the dead leaves

Hoping for springtime

Sound machine humming

Awoken by the sun’s soft rays

Laying on the bed
