Feeding the flowers
Cup of hot coffee
A simple morning pleasure
Helps to start each day
A colorful bird
Singing out loud this morning
Nestled in pink blooms
Soft falling raindrops
Permeate the morning sky
Spring flowers rejoice
Clouds starting to part
Revealing the bright sunshine
Healing rays of warmth
Warm and bright sunshine
Breathing life into the day
Killing off the chill
Puffy dark grey clouds
Sky and sunshine covered up
Winter has returned
Abundant sunshine
Horizon to horizon
Fills the day with warmth
Trees covered in white
Kissed by the sun’s warming rays
Bright blossoms rejoice
Cold air dominates
Settles in across the day
Springtime takes a break
Birds singing outside
Happy and carefree today
