Gluten free, that’s me
Yes, it’s the doctor’s orders
I have to do it
I have been hit with this restriction. I have to go Gluten free for a while, possibly the rest of my life. Anybody else out there have to deal with this? It is a pain in the butt. Feel free to share your thoughts on it, if you are effected by it.

Celiac disease is an autoimmune digestive disease that damages the villi of the small intestine and interferes with absorption of nutrients from food. What does this mean? Essentially the body is attacking itself every time a person with celiac consumes gluten.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of those who are effected by the tragedy at the Boston Marathon. It is just so sad to see.
