Finally starting to get back out for my walk/run. Today was a decent enough day walk/run wise. Legs felt heavy, but I was able to run just a bit more than the last time I went out. Next time hopefully will be a bit better. Trying to get back in shape to run another 5K. So, have you ever run a 5K? Weird winter weather
Cold chills replaced by warm air
In a single night

This has to be one of the stranger weather events in my life. Yesterday morning I was waking up to the upper twenties with sleet and freezing rain. This morning, I am waking up to 54 degrees and the possibility of a thunderstorm. Never seen anything like it. How about you? Do you have a strange weather story?

Haiku – 2/11/2016
Almost black coffee
Hint of milk cuts out the bite
Smooth and sharp today

How do you take your coffee? I’ve cut out the sugar and now the creamer (heard a lot of horror stories about what goes into making it creamer). I am now trying just a bit of milk. Tough to get used to, but it gets easier each morning. Sleep deprivation helps.
