Coastal day dreaming

Thinking of a sandy shore

Warmth and bright sunshine

Birds playfully romp

Under a cloudy grey sky

Happy and carefree

The first day of March

Sunshine and cloudless blue skies

Welcomes the new month

Fog, like a serpent

Crawling across the morning

Obscuring the view

Through the clear window

Gloom hanging like a curtain

Covering the day

White snowflakes dropping

Tumbling out of dark grey clouds

Falling to the Earth

Waking up today

Sunlight crests the horizon

Bringing warmth and light

Bright blue and white clouds

Kaleidoscope of color

Covering the sky

Trees starting to bud

Springtime rejuvenation

Blooming all around

I know it is still winter, but nature thinks it isn’t. Crazy to see things already blooming in February.

Rain showers falling

Another grey and bleak day

Waiting on sunshine

Wind whipping loudly

Echoing out like thunder

Violently blowing
