Dark and overcast

Purpleish bruised colored skies

Holding back the sun

Soft splashes of rain

Falling on the clear window

Nature’s warm teardrops

Rain falling lightly

Moisture like a thin wet veil

Covering the day

Softly falling rain

Gently covering the ground

Nature takes a pause

Tree branches bending

Twisted and gnarled by the wind

Under a dark sky

A light rain shower

Dropping slow from thick dark clouds

Day covered in gloom

Saturated clouds

Filled with tiny warm raindrops

Washing out the day

The sound of light rain

Tapping out a soft rhythm

Upon the window
