I had just sat down to write this Haiku, seeing a hint of blue sky, a bit of sun, and then it got grey again – really quick. I am hoping we get to see some sun today. Been a while since we got to see it. It’s like the clouds don’t want to leave.

Sky – stark, bright, and blue

Sunshine draped across the day

Endlessly cloudless

Simply gorgeous day

Bright, warm, and healing sunshine

Shining in the sky

Through the car’s sunroof

Blue skies stretching endlessly

Sunshine warm and soft

Bright sunshine flowing freely

The day warming fast

Soft warming sunshine

Your rays stretching endlessly

Across the blue sky

Thick grey clouds parting

Revealing plentiful sun

Abundant warm rays

Bright beautiful sun

Hanging in a cloud free sky

Warming a cold day

Refreshing sunlight

Nature revels in your light

Dances in your beams
